The Cycle to Vote voter registration rally rides offer an opportunity for cyclists and the people of Greater Philadelphia to come together for two very important reasons:
-
To register individuals to vote in the November 2020 presidential election, and to provide up-to-date voter information about mail-in balloting, locations where ballots can be deposited securely, and assist people in obtaining mail-in ballots.
-
To remember, celebrate, and honor the values that former US House Representative John Lewis stood for and dedicated his life to—inclusion, voter rights, and social justice.
Join us as we cycle around the city spreading the word: VOTE!
Riders will receive a cycle to vote T-shirt or button (while supples last)
To become a ride leader or learn more about how to participate, please contact Lauren Kahn at cycletovote@gmail.com
Cycle to Vote is a grassroots organization created by athletes, cyclists and concerned citizens of Philadelphia, to bring awareness to the importance and ease of registering to vote in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The organization believes that every individual, regardless of political affiliation, should understand and exercise their right to vote. Their purpose is to register as many people as possible to vote in the upcoming presidential election on November 3, 2020.
